I love the app, its very helpful however this recent update has left me very frustrated. After I delete one message it crashes every time, and I receive around 30 voicemails a day, so I need to delete a large amount. Please fix and Ill give it 5 stars!

Love the app but since the last update,I cant see how many messages I have.

Love this tool! Past week has been unreliable though, slow and sometimes doesnt work at all. Please update!

I enjoy using this app! Its great for communicating, staying in Touch in a burst was setting, and the appearance is nice. My issue is that it is really slow, the sound quality could be better, and I would absolutely love to have a video feature. Mainly just the speed the app performs in. I have all bars and exceptional wifi service so not sure what it could be. A tweak here and there would be beneficial. Thank you!

It is now pointless to use this app as it takes an eternity to load any messages. It was so slow that I could leave feed back in the app itself. Please fix this, theres no reason for us to pay so much per month for such a slow app. I will change review once this is fixed

Since the last update this app have been a pain in the butt. Second time in a week that I have been locked out. How am I suppose to promote this service to business partners with this stuff?

I absolutely love this app. The updates have been nothing but good. Adding nothing but useful features and making it very beautiful. I do feel like it would be very useful to make an iPad optimized version. Something that can be used in landscape mode would be nice.

Whenever I open up the app, most times my screen times out and fades to black. I have to keep unlocking my phone to see the app again, but it keeps timing out. Its annoying when I try to look at the pictures. Also, it would be helpful to add a feature where the attached picture can be viewed at full size.

Its home grown software by WWDB. Any time Ive ever had an issue with anything, Ive reported it and within a day Ive had a developer contact me directly and work with me to fix the issue. This app is a valuable tool for my business

Great for business but has quite a few bugs that need to be addressed. I wish the editor would update more and focus on perfecting the major functions of the app.

Kate is such an amazing tool! I wish the save folder was more organized. Whether we had multiple folders to sort Kates by subject or the ability to search by keyword, either would be helpful. Ill know I saved a Kate but when Im scrolling through hundreds, its hard to find the right one quickly while on the go.

I love being able to access my Kate so easily on my phone. I think it would be great to have a search bar to be able to quickly find a saved Kate by date or note.

While it is missing some key functionality of the dial in service the fact is that this app is so much more friendly to use that it is a drag to go back.

This is the worst app Ive ever had to deal with. Live support is only through "live chat" but the "people" on the other end are virtually useless, including the managers. Have been hung up on multiple occasions when trying to get my information. Mobile use is a negative too because when you open the app up on a phone browser you get Pop ups thats bring you to the App Store. Would recommend they get actual live phone support, better leadership in management and hire people who are not disrespectful.

When the screen turns off it wont play the message like it used to.
