TERRIBLE APP

This is the worst app Ive ever had to deal with. Live support is only through "live chat" but the "people" on the other end are virtually useless, including the managers. Have been hung up on multiple occasions when trying to get my information. Mobile use is a negative too because when you open the app up on a phone browser you get Pop ups thats bring you to the App Store.
Would recommend they get actual live phone support, better leadership in management and hire people who are not disrespectful.
